There are no refunds or exchanges on items purchased due to the consumable nature of these products. However, if you have a reaction to a product there will be allowance for this on an individual basis. All products are safe for use during pregnancy and if you have extreme sensitive skin, please read all ingredients to check potential allergies or if you need a product customised, we can create something bespoke for you.

In the unlikely event something you ordered arrives damaged it will be replaced. Please contact me within 72 hours of receiving your order at wyldehands@gmail.com

Please ensure to include your order number, a photo of the damaged item, as well as your name and phone number should we need to contact you. All damaged items will be replaced for the same item only.
