When using 4 - 6 drops morning and night, a 10ml will last you approximately 1 month if used this way. This is enough time to practice using an oil and feel how the blend suits your skin. A 30ml oil, when used twice per day should last you around 3 months.

Apply 6 - 8 drops after using EVERYDAY OIL CLEANSER and use alongside BOTANICAL FACIAL MIST. Massage in mindful, curious movements starting at the neck and working your way up the face paying further attention to areas that hold tension or that feel sensitive to touch.
